WARNING: This entry will be long, and filled with memories.
I'm not gonna continue my list, but I do wanna write in here that the Farewell Dessert was so great. I won't ever forget it, or any of the people in the exchange. I made some great new friends, and I strenghtened bonds with old friends. There is nothing about this trip that I regret or am sad about. It was so wonderful, and I'm thankful that I got to have this experience.
I'm also happy that I had the best bunch of people to share it with. There were so many wonderful surprises....like Andy, Collin, and Sean turning out to great. I never expected them to be my friends or anything, but I talked with them, or at least Andy and Collin, a lot during the trip, and I will miss them a lot. It's sad, becuase even though they're from Norristown, I probably won't ever see them again.
I made a lot of new friends...like Sarah, Lauren, Tiff, Jill, and Kevin...and I'm a lot closer with my old friends now. I spent so much time with Lynne and Chrissy, we have a special bond now. (Esp. me and Lynne with out Homo-Paar -ness.) I think Dave and I got closer...well at least when he wasn't drunk. Matt and I had a nice talk in Wurzburg and I definitely think I'm closer to him now.
But undoubtedly the best part of the ttrip was the Germans. They were the greatest batch of people, no lie. I'm gonna have to write something about each one of them...
Andrea...my Deutsche Schwester. I spent six weeks of my life with her, and I feel very close to her. I know I could tell her anything and she'll listen and not judge. She and her family made me feel so good while I was over there...I hope she got the same feeling from my family. She is smart, funny, and a beast at gymnastics and dancing. Hah...I hope our relationship isn't over...I hope this will be a life-long bond. I want to go back to Germany and stay with her family, and I know she wants to come here too.
Insa, Jenny, Rike, and Kati...they are so funny and nice...they reminded me of my Asians. =) Insa is a great person...I'm always going to remember how we made fun of each other and then apologized profusely. And her little brother was soooo cute. Little german kids are amazing. Jenny has a fascination with the word "nigger", and she is all the more awesome for it!! Rike was funny too...she laughed at me when I told her Thomas was hot, hahahaha. And Kati, she is such a flirt, but can you blame her? She is really funny and sweet too. And she can sing!! I will not forget these girls.
Eike...the kid is hilarious. You would never expect it from him, but he is so gangster. Haha, I love him. He loves to curse, but hey, I can't be a hypocrite. I do too. He is so smart and funny, and I hope I get to see him in the future too.
Christof...my best friend. I seriously only started talking to him last Monday, but we have so much in common. I felt really stupid for not talking to him sooner, but whatever. He is so awesome....he is nice, caring, considerate, and best of all, he likes Hindi music!! Holler. We didn't say good-bye at the airport, cuz we were too busy making plans to meet again.
Johannes...well he was a bit of an ass to Lynne, but hopefully he'll fix that mistake on the 20th. He was pretty cool...we were all about battling each other in thumb-wrestling and table tennis. That's another reason I have to go back to Germany...we're tied at 1-1 right now, and we need a match to settle the score.
Peter...I'm not gonna lie, I liked him a lot. He is so nice, and a beast at table tennis!!! Man, I only got 3 points against him. And damn was he tall. I have a picture of me and him (I'll put pics up later) and it is hilarious....you'll see why.
Jannick...hot as all hell. I love how he would constantly eat candy, yet had a great body...I wish I could have been better friends with him, but I'm glad I at least got to know him.
I won't ever forget these people. I'm gonna put pics up later today, that's a promise. I'm in the process of uploading them right now.
BUT, I think I'm ok being home. I can't wait to see my Asians and all my other friends. I missed you guys a lot. <3

Wow, 11 days with no entry, that's pretty good.
What's been going on in these last 11 days? GOOD STUFF. I've spent time with people that I really love, all of whom I'm going to miss a lot. It just saddens me though, becuase I'm not as close with them as I used to be, and I know that's my fault. I wish I wasn't such an idiot. But yea...I've been getting ready for that dance for Zeny's sister's wedding, which went of pretty well, thank god. The mehndi and wedding were a lot of fun too. Thanks for inviting me Zeny. =) I've been spending time with my cousin, who was here all last week. That was a lot of fun. I've also been busy with school/getting ready for finals. Next week is it. 4 days, 4 finals, and then I'm a senior. Good or bad, I don't know yet. We'll see.
I was expecting graduation to be really sad, but for some reason it wasn't. I'm glad though. It should be a happy event, not something that makes everyone sad. I love all my seniors, and they know that, and this summer there better be a lot of hanging out done. We still have to have that ping-pong party sometime...
Yea, that's about it. I need to do some major studying right now, cuz my German final is tomorrow. I am so scared...but whatever, at 9:30 tomorrow I'll be done with it. Peace out homies.

Today was so good. I love my Asians. Eating a LOT, swimming, sun bathing (what the hell, why?!), talking about random stuff, taking a trip to ShopRite to buy onions and nail polish, eating watermelon, painting our toenails, performing a stupid dance, eating dinner and watching Spiderman, and then eating dessert.
OHMYGOSH. At 8:15 PM, today, May 30th, 2005, I, Saumya Maru, was full. FULL! Dyabeelleeedat????????
And apparently I'm gangster cuz I like to wear wifebeaters and big sweatpants.

Gah. Every once in a while I get these random bouts of depression, where I feel like I'm completely useless, and that I won't ever be able to do anything with myself. I mean, I'm not smart. My brother is a lot smarter than me. I just try hard, and do okay. It sucks. And my parents are all about applying to 7-year medical programs and what not for me...I honestly don't think I'll be able to do it. I don't know. By tomorrow this feeling should wear off, but whatever. I am so not self-confident.
And please please please don't leave me comments saying "Oh, you're not stupid!", cuz this is one entry that's honestly not about sympathy. I just wanted to let this out. =/ Sry if I sound like a bitch.

So this was a fun week. Spent time with my Asians on Tuesday, I love you three so much!!
Wednesday was the band concert.... it was eh. Whatever, Mr. K promised to let me play in the graduation band, and that's all I was worried about. =)
Thursday, nothing.
Friday I went to Zeny's house...well actually first we saw Tracey driving by and decided to go to McDonalds with her. Then we went to her house and I found out how brilliant I am at choreographing. ahaha, jk. But yea, Zeny, we should definitely look into buying some brain caps for the dance. ;)
Then today I've been doing homework and enjoying the weather. I love the warmth! =) Mmmm, my mom made double rotis for lunch, they were deeeelicious!
Guys, I'm getting so fat. You guys seriously need to start taking away my food and forcing me to run or something. =/
Anyway, have fun at the prom tonight all you seniors!!

So....what's happened in the last week?
I almost died.
I studied my ass off for the SATs, just like the geek I am.
I realized that I'm going to Germany this summer. And I am so scared.
Elections were held for Student Council and NHS.
NHS Luncheon...was fun. Except for that whole bit about me being pregnant. Hahaha, it was funny, BUT MEAN!
SAT's were on Saturday. I think I disemboweled that test.
I think.
After the SAT's we watched the OC from Thursday and kept arguing over whether or not Trey is hot. Which he is.
Zeny and I found a song to dance to at her sister's wedding. While my mom kept telling us to pick something easy cuz we SUCK. hahahahaha.......
Talked to an old friend who I miss a lot. That's always fun. =)
And that's about it.
Oh, and I also realized that I am an asshole.

Wow I have been so busy. The musical is taking over my life. Next week is gonna be hell too, so I don't think I'll be online till next weekend. Oh man, this musical better come together. =/
Me + my dad + my mom = the cheapest people in the world.
I went to the Penn Masala concert last night with Zeny, Mary, my mom, and our neighbor. And my brother, James Chun, Jojo and his girlfriend too....it was sooooo much fun!! I'm now officially in love with Srikanth ;). And the best part about that is that my neighbor knows him. HOLLA!!!!
Hmm...what else? I'm a little upset becuase my summer is going to waste. Well...I'm gonna be going to Germany for 3 weeks, but I'm gonna miss all those science programs...and they would have looked so good when applying for colleges next year. I guess I can say goodbye to UPenn right now.

So here are me and Dave's skills at speaking German..we wrote this note in German today:

Dave: NEIN! So langweilig, gehst du?
Me: JA! Du sollst gehen.
Dave: Ich denke, dass ich lieber nach Hause bleiben mochte.
Me: Aber wie?! Ich promise dass es will be spass! Ich promise!!! Hey, kannst du Matt and Chris beat up fur mich? Bitte?
Dave: Matt UND Chris? Nein, du bist allein da, baby.
Me: Das war mean! Ok, ok, aber du still sollst zum Prom gehen.
Dave: Vielleicht, aber ich doesn't approve of der Junior Prom. So langweilig und ich kann nicht tanzen.
Me: Ich kann auch nict tanzen. Es ist mehr Spass that way. Und warum approvest du nicht von der Junior Prom?
Dave: Weil es einfach einen excuse ist fur die Juniors zu einen Prom gehen. Die nur real Prom ist DER PROM wann man ein senior ist.

Today was a lot of fun. I played tennis after school with TWEN, zeny, and ali, and...well I wasn't horrible. So that's good.
Then we had a night rehearsal, which was extremely funny.

Hmm...Spring Break is almost over. Now theres like nothing to look forward to...well not really. the musical is April 14th, 15th, and 16th, and you all better be there, supporting us!! Plus, I actually have a part this year (who, me?!) so come cheer me on. =)
Then....Junior Prom is on the 30th....should be fun, although there's just about NO ONE to go with. Oh well, I'll go alone once again.
Then...um....summer vacation? Haha, big gap there. But summer vacation means Germany, and I am crazy excited for that. It's gonna be ridiculous. FUll of drunkenness and...yea pretty much just drunkenness. Hah.

So the Germans are gone. But wow, what a fun time it was while they were here.
234087543847569124 trips to the mall......and now I vow never to go there again!!!!!!
This last week has been espeically fun.
Tuesday- OC Night at my house with Andrea, Carrie, Katrina, Zeny, and Emily. Good times. =)
Wednesday- MALLLLLLL.Then Farewell Dessert. Then to Collin Murphy's house. Then to Tom's house. Then back to Collin's.
Thursday- Canceled the Philly trip. Movie (Under The Tuscan Sun) with Carrie, Lynne, Andrea, and Amber.Then to Panera for lunch. Then to my house to do each other's hair in humps and side ponytails. Then ping-pong tournament with my dad. Then the OC. Then to Becca's house for a good-bye ish party.
I <3 Carrie, Lynne, and Amber soooooo much!!!! And Zeny, even though she ditched us for VIRGINIA!!! Hahaha jk!
Today....they left. They were all crying, but I wasn't emotional at all. I felt bad for not crying. Haha...um yea. It was so crowded at the check-in counter!! Funny stuff. Man, I can't wait till we go. =D It is going to be AWESOME.

Things have been so much fun lately. =)
We went to the zoo today!! It was soo awesome. I saw the elephants, and monkeys, and POLAR BEARS, and the yucky yucky snakes. Although in the snake house they were playing some random Indian music becuase they had a cobra, and I started dancing to it. Haha, it was really funny. I'll upload all the pics soon.
Andrea and I have been having so much fun lately. Last night we kinda just stayed up and randomly ogled hot guys together. Haha, we have similar tastes in guys. ;)
Cricket team is upsetting me. I think the jersey and I will have to part ways. For a while. =(
yo I fell asleep on the bus ride home, and some people got some really incriminating pictures of that. I'm a little scared. I hope the pics dont fall into the wrong hands. =/
